ABOUT US John Reddan Education believes in assisting people to develop their skills, knowledge, understandings, and self-belief through professional development and training which connects with the learner and is engaging, practical and relevant to their context. John Reddan is an experienced and respected figure in Australian education. He has worked extensively with principals, teaching staff and chaplains in independent schools throughout Australia, particularly assisting in the development of religious and values education as a key learning area. Most recently, John held the position of Assistant Director (Professional Support) of The Anglican Schools Commission of Western Australia. In this position he designed, coordinated and facilitated engaging programs of profesional development for adult learners and was responsible for the ongoing development and publication of the highly regarded curriculum resource: The Christian/Religious Studies Progress Map. A positive professional and inclusive team-player, John has a reputation for achieving results.
John has many years school teaching experience and has been a member of the leadership team of Geelong Grammar School (Glamorgan Campus). John understands schools and how they operate. He is highly regarded for his ability to engage staff: using a variety of strategies, his sessions are informative and entertaining. John has the ability to connect with staff and nurture in them the confidence to reflect on current attitudes and practices and competence to look forward and plan meaningful and achievable programs.
